This article will walk you through managing your All Access plan, updating billing information, and locating your billing date.
Manage Your Plan:
- Navigate to your Minimal Audio account page.
- Alternatively, you can also use the 'Manage Plan' helper on the home page.
- Under the All Access section, click Manage .
You will be re-direct to Stripe, our third-party payment processing platform, where you can manage your subscription, update your payment methods, and download your invoices.
To Cancel / Renew your All-Access Plan:
- Under the Current Plan section, click Cancel / Renew Plan.
- Note: Your scheduled billing date will be displayed in this section. To prevent additional charges, please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. For more information, see our return policy & refund procedures.
To Update your Billing Information:
- Under the Payment Method section, click "+ Add payment method" to enter your billing information.
- Remove any expired or invalid payment methods as necessary.
- Note: To avoid cancelation, we recommend ensuring your payment details are always up-to-date.
To Download your Invoice:
- Scroll down to the Invoice History section
- Click on the desired order, then select Download Invoice or Download Receipt.
