If you are having trouble log into our software, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

This issue occurs when your login credentials might be entered or documented incorrectly. Your software login credential is the same as your account credential.

 

Step 1: Check your Account Email Address is Entered Correctly

Head to your account page, and login with your Minimal Audio account.

If you're able to login successfully, check the email address displaying inside your account is matching with what you've entered when logging into the software. 

 

Step 2: Password Reset

If you're unable to login successfully, click on 'Forgot Password' and it will prompt you to enter your email address, which you will receive a password reset email. Try login again and check your email address. 

 

Step 3: Update Email Address

If you're still having trouble log into your account, it could be the registered email was misspelled. Please update your email address or send us a request.

 

Step 4: Login to your Plugin(s) with Updated Credential

Once you have successfully updated your credential and successfully logged into your Minimal Audio account. Head to your DAWs, open a new instances of the plugin, enter the updated login credential.

 

Step 5: Submit a request
