A log file is a computer-generated data file that records information about the plugin(s). If you experienced a crash or anomaly behaviors in our plugin(s), we might ask you to send us the log file to investigate the issue. This article will show you where the log files are located.
Mac users:
Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Minimal/PRODUCT/Logs
Windows users:
C:\ProgramData\Minimal\PRODUCT/Logs
Retrieve log files inside the plugin(s):
- Open an instance of the plugin(s).
- Click on on the 'global settings' icon at the top bar.
- Click on the 'view logs', and it will prompt you the log file in your system.
Note, for Current, head to 'advanced' section inside the 'global settings', then click on 'view logs'.
