If you can't find the plugin(s) after finishing the installation, it's a good idea to check your settings in your DAWs. We suggest the following steps for major DAWs:

Ableton Live

  1. Click Live in the top bar to open the dropdown menu, and select Preferences.
  2. Select the Plug-Ins tab on the left.
    • If you're new to Ableton Live, it's possible that only VST3 is enabled by default.
  3. Turn on both the Use VST2 Plug-In System Folders and Use VST3 Plug-In System Folders options.
    • Mac users: turn on Use Audio Units option.
  4. Click Rescan at the top of the tab.
    • If the desired plugin still doesn't show up after a rescan, return to the Plug-Ins tab and hold down Option (Mac) / Alt (Windows) and click Rescan again while holding down the keys. This allows Live to do a deep-rescan of all installed plugin(s).

Logic Pro X

  1. In Logic Pro X, navigate to Logic Pro X > Preferences > Plug-In Manager.
  2. Select the plugin(s) you wish to rescan, and click the Reset & Rescan Selection.

If the desired plugin still doesn't show up after a rescan, you might want to clear the Audio Unit cache, this will automatically rescan all installed plugin(s) in your system.

  1. In the Finder, hold down the Option key and select Go > Library from the top menu bar.
  2. In the Finder window, navigate to Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache.
  3. Move the files from the AudioUnitCache folder to the Desktop.
  4. Restart your computer, then launch Logic Pro X. All your installed Audio Units plug-ins will be rescanned.
