IMPORTANT: All Access monthly plans are non-refundable and non-returnable. To prevent additional charges, please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle by logging in to your Minimal Audio account and navigating to the 'All Access' section.
Software
If you have installed and used a perpetual software product which does not feature a free trial, and are dissatisfied with it for any reason, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
This applies to all perpetual software purchases but excludes All Access plans, sound packs or expansion packs that are associated with software products.
All refund requests will be processed within 1 week, and funds will be available within 1 - 2 weeks from your payment processor.
Any products purchased through a retailer should be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased in accordance with their return policy.
Sound Packs & Expansions
We do not offer refunds on sound packs due to the nature of their installation.
We encourage you to listen to the demos before purchasing and explore the stream to preview what's inside our full packs.
Refund Procedures
Please submit a request and letting us know that you have tried the product but would like a refund.
Once the refund eligibility is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to deactivate your plugin.
After the process is complete, we will refund the total purchase price.
