This article will walk you through managing your All Access plan, updating billing information, and locating your billing date.
Manage your plan:
Navigate to your Minimal Audio account page.
Alternatively, you can also use the All Access helper.
To cancel/renew your All Access plan:
Under the Current Plan section, click Cancel / Renew Plan.
Note: Your scheduled billing date will be displayed in this section. To prevent additional charges, please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. For more information, see our return policy and refund procedures.
To update your billing information:
Under the Payment Method section, click + Add payment method to enter your billing information.
Remove any expired or invalid payment methods as necessary.
Note: To avoid cancellation, we recommend ensuring your payment details are always up to date.
To download your invoice:
Scroll down to the Invoice History section.
Click on the desired order, then select Download Invoice or Download Receipt.
